I am writing about my 8 year old nephew, Rick Hart who is an exceptional child, who has taken up presidents as a hobby. Since Barack Obama announced his nomination as the next president, Rick immersed himself into learning about presidents, their political affiliation, their wives names, and important events during their term.
Rick was recently one of 6 children selected to appear in a segment on The Rachel Ray Show to discuss the upcoming election, based on his "phone interview" and his knowledge on presidents. Rick can name all
of the 43 presidents in order and answer almost any trivia question and fun fact about each of them. Rick had an awesome report card and is truly an all around great kid.
My family thanks Barack Obama for many reasons. The obvious - to represent our country and to make change. But we truly thank Barack Obama for creating a political genius in an 8 year old child that would
have never been interested before. Rick loves to watch CNN and MSNBC and is Barack's number #1 fan.

Eddie is an 8-year-old baseball whiz kid. He can name every player in Major League Baseball! Yes, all 750 of them! Funny enough, no one in his family even watches baseball. Apparently, Eddie has been blessed with a photographic memory, especially when it comes to his favorite sport.
Eddie loves to read and starts each day checking out the baseball box scores in the local newspaper. He loves to see how his favorite team, the Atlanta Braves are doing. The Braves even named Eddie “Honorary Captain” at one of their home games and he got to meet all the players, including his favorite, 3rd baseman Chipper Jones!
Eddie’s amazing gift has been featured on CNN and Fox television broadcasts. He’s also been quizzed on radio sports shows and even live at an Atlanta Braves game…and of course, he answered every question correctly! When it comes to baseball, Eddie is truly in a league of his own!
